Vanaz Auto LPG Dispensing Stations are designed in a robust way to ensure safety and reliability of equipment. All the valves and fitting used in the dispensing station equipment are of ASA 300# class pressure rating. Also the pipes used are schedule 80 class seamless pipes. The components of the system with moving parts have a rigid foundation. All Vanaz Auto LP Stations with underground tanks are with RCC Pit which ensure that tank would not float even under condition of total submergence. In case of aboveground pumps, the Dispensing pump with motor is mounted on rigid frame with deep RCC foundations. All the LPG pipelines which are underground are in RCC trenches covered with RCC slabs for safeguarding the pipelines form load of heavy vehicles. The road tanker platform is made out of concrete slabs so that it can take load of heavy LPG tankers.The LPG tank farm area is covered with a fence with a brick wall at the bottom for protection of tank farm area.

Vanaz Auto LPG Dispensing Stations are equipped with dispensers specially manufactured as per Vanaz specifications. The specifications of Vanaz dispensers are frozen based on the Indian climatic and geographic conditions. This makes the dispenser most suitable for application in India. Vanaz model Dispenser is also approved by “The Legal Metrology Delhi” under a gazzette published in the year 2005.
